ABOUT ME
I’m a seasoned entrepreneur and sales leader with a passion for helping business owners navigate the life-changing decision of selling their business. I lead Team Lee at First Choice Business Brokers alongside my wife, Lynn, where we blend decades of experience with a relationship-first approach to business brokerage.
My path into this field began after a layoff from the high-tech industry led me to explore business ownership. While working on a potential acquisition, a conversation with the seller about helping them find a future buyer opened my eyes to business brokerage. That moment, combined with discovering the collaborative culture at First Choice Business Brokers, set the course for our next chapter.
At FCBB, I focus on valuations, deal structures, and guiding owners through strategic exit planning. I bring nearly 30 years of sales leadership experience, an MBA from the University of San Diego, and CEPA certification. Lynn complements my work by managing details and relationships to ensure smooth transactions. Together, we help sellers protect their legacy and transition their business into capable hands.
